Company Formation
Basic procedures for the incorporation of companies are required to ensure the
smooth flow of the process.
Requirements
The minimum requirements for the incorporation of a Company in Malaysia are as
follows:

Each Company must have a minimum of two (2) directors,
being a natural person with their principal place of residence in Malaysia.

Have a minimum Authorised and Paid-up Capital of RM100,000 and RM2
respectively. |

Foreigners (Corporate/Individual) can set up companies in Malaysia
provided they have a place of residence in Malaysia.

|
. |
Foreigners (Corporate/Individual) wishing to set up business
operations in Malaysia must establish a Malaysian registered Company. |
The guidelines
for formation of a Company are as follows:

Conduct name search to ascertain the availability of the
proposed company name with the SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia). |

To request for a search to be done by us, kindly follow
the following steps.
1. Email/Fax/Send us your proposed Company name (more
than one(1) name preferable) together
with the following information:
- A
photocopy of the Directors' Identity Card / Passport.
- Intended
nature of business of the proposed Company.
Approval of the proposed Company name
would take approximately 3 -
5
b working days. A minimum 30% of total
incorporation fee would be required for the a above
to be done. Please refer price list
for further details.
2. You will be informed via email/phone/fax regarding
the approval of your Company name.
3. We will then courier or email the relevant documents
required to complete the
incorporation process of the Company.
This process would take approximately
7 working days. The balance fee due, if a
any, would be
payable at this stage.
